Hi every one. Here is a photo of the second stage motor mount with fins attached. I did this the same way as the booster fins.

Here are the electronics, i am using a RAVEN2 plus an ADEPT22 for backup.
I have mounted them on a bread board so that i can use plugs to connect them easily to the wiring loom in the rocket.
i will cut the board down to size once i have finalised the wiring, it should be able to fit into my 54mm rocket as well.

Hi here are some more photos of the second stage, here i am cutting the notches in the centre rings to fit the cable duct for the ignition and separation wiring.

Here is the staging coupler also with a hole drilled in the fibreglass centre ring also for the cable duct.

Here it is assembled ready for gluing, notice the aluminium tube this will be the cable duct it will run right up into the avionics bay.

Hi every one the next few photos are of me slotting the air frame, drilling the screw holes and test fitting the booster and the second stage together.
MikcG has done a fantastic job of preparing the blue tube air frame ready for painting.

Smart idea having that wiring board....dual deploy electronics always has tons of wires In my setups - that keeps everything nice and tidy

Just got 2 x adept 22's keen to see how they perform.
