It gives me great pleasure to advise effective from October 2012 all of the South Australian Model Rocket Motor authorisation files have been updated to reflect newer motors.  great

This involved quite a significant amount of work and is very positive for the future of the hobby in SA. To clarify more clearly some of the types updated in October 2012 is the full range of Quest, ESTES which includes the new E12 35gram motors which is similar to the E9s and all the PRO-Series motors up to the largest size of G80, Apogee motors also such as the D10, E6 & F10s although these appear to not be available in Australia yet.  dizcool

The full range of Aerotech up to certain sizes were also updated!  dizcool

Special thanks and credit needs to go to the working team at SafeworkSA for this update which was done free of charge and without the need of the ombudsman.  icon_thumright

Under appropriate permits these motors may now be purchased, sold, given or supplied in SA.
