Well, where are the photos?
I've got just about everything sorted out.
My main concern is the rear plastic cap and getting a glue to use with it. I would prefer to have the fins glued well along the whole root edge
My preference is to discard this cap and use a 10cm long section of cardboard tube instead, which will keep the same overall look

Wolf went to take pics but camera was flat just charging it now.. Hopefully you will have pics to veiw tonight if not definately tomroow

Sand the area of plastic you want to epoxy Kryten this will help with bonding or JB weld it.

i have glued the rear cap up like a fincan without the fins  

below 29mm motor tube

rear cap with hol cut a bit rough but it will do the job

all glued in place using 5min epoxy

fully glued up fincan i will cut slots in the rear cap to allow the fins to be glued to the motor tube i thought about doing the slots first but deciced to do it a bit different this time round



now i have glued the whole rear cap into the main airframe lots of 5 min epoxy on the cap and on the plywood ring to help give a better bond to the main air frame





i must say so far it feels very strong and i will friction fit the motor into the rocket but there is enough room for a retainer if you wanted to add one
