For the purpose of futher developing the blue book a sub -committee has been formed. Anyone who is interested in being on the sub - committee there is information in the members lounge. Currently there is 3 volunteers! Any member is welcome on it.

Am schedualing a meeting for mid November for the sub-committee. May I take this opportunity to publically thank those members who have "volunteered" to participate.

Issues to be addressed;

(a) Formating
(b) Inclusion of forms.
(c) restrictiveness
(d) Certain procedures

As a result of our last executive committee meeting a resolution was passed to transfer all responsibility for documentation to the blue book sub-committee. Sub-committee members please check your e mails this week for updates.

The new January edition blue book has now been passed by the executive committee. Would like to publically thank all members of the blue book sub-committee for their exceptional work on this new document.  

This new edition supersedes any previous editions. Any financial member of the ARA is welcome to submit proposals prior to our next scheduled update which will be due before January 2011 as per ARA constitution.

The procedure for submitting proposals is as follows;

(1) State the proposal

(2) Statement of problem and substantiation for proposal. Ie; State the problem that would be resolved by your recommendation, state the specific reason for your proposal, including copies of tests, research papers ETC.

Proposals may be sent addressed to "Chairmain Blue book sub-committee" at rocket.ball@bigpond.com or via the ARA secretary
