Drive there!...it's so much fun down to Norseman, a coupla thousand clicks to Ceduna on a road with no bends, a million kangaroos and saltbush everywhere, then down into Adelaide....it feels like yesterday....

hmmm...on second thoughts just get the plane.

3 day drive to SA have done the trip many times in my youth "for something to do". So many lovely places to see in SA especially the country towns I would love to drive over again. One of the first times was in a XY ford I was 5 years old the aircon was 4 windows down no seat belts just the handles hanging from the roof ahhh the memories of the vinyl seats in the sun. One of the last times was in a 1975 LH Torana before I met Phil and we complained it was 95c a ltr for fuel on the Nullabor hahahaha but it was fun buying cigarettes legally at the age of 16 in SA the things you remember lol.

I would rather drive than fly over however Phil does have a point it will be cheaper to fly than drive a V8 over to SA. The V8 costs us $50 just to get to Toodyay launch site these days.  Phil has some time to convince me to get on a plane but I really dislike the idea of flying for several reasons.

after ceduna you'll hit wudinna so stop and launch a few for us there too

or, even better, cluster some M motors with a staged cluster of K's to follow up, strap on a helmet and a chute and you'll be here in no time.

seriously, though, is there a tentative date for this visit?

No date set yet Mr F. Would suggest however it will be a date so as not to interfere with PARCs launch schedule. Likely a summer launch
