no flat batteries it would help if one turned the electronics on to begin with. RIP the new batteries. That poor engerizer had no chance and probably didnt quite know what hit it.  

Yep that looks like the end result of a bad flight go to fiberglass and you may have a rocket survive I proved that the other week.

Well what a day today was I think the year10 students from Trinity College had a blast, thanks to class for attending, we hope you come back and fly with us, it is great to have the Science Teacher as a member and hope to see you again soon too.

Unsure of the exact count for todays launch 40 - 50 people in attendence would be a fair estimation.

We had 6 carloads of famlies stop by, many of the kids were out on the range and flying rockets which was great to see.

Alot of carnage and Gdude has gotten back his lawn dart crown congrats lol.....

Buzzard started the day with killing another Mean Machine, would I suggest another rocket you seem to have a history building with these.

Jess finally killed the 36DD Squared as it cartwheeled across the field, both motors ignited so unsure why.

The warp motor WOW that was awesome especially the loop de loop it did around 3000ft, a trip to Stanbridges to pick up ours before the next launch I think.

The VRaptor on my favourite motor the I300 gotta love the whistle she makes through the air.

Dogzilla's V2 closest to the pad again look out at Dowerin he's the man to beat.

The Trinity boys were flying lots of scratch builts and staged rockets, members kids were flying black powder motors and the older members were flying mainly I motors and above and as always the warloc on a J350 hooted.

I found a mobile phone today in the field if any member knows of anyone who lost a phone at the last launch or launch before let me know so we can return it to the owner. I will find a charger for it this week to power it up and see if we can locate a number, sim card had no numbers stored.

Also found a large red fibreglass fin that was attached to a cardboard mmt no idea how long its been in the field it could be years old, we can't think who it could belong to.

Kevin's Initiator has been returned in good condition this has been missing since last October/November.

Hey Dazza, yes i did - got it about 30m off the pad (moved a little quickly even on 1:3000 sec sport mode!. I will post it up in the morning for you. Got a coupla vids too, one of your warlock.

i am surprised you got the galaxy, i didnt even see it leave the rail it went so quick and check out the flame nice pic. pitty you missed it hot spot cant wait till see another one go.
